Carlton president, Richard Pratt, has stepped aside after news this morning that he had been charged on summons yesterday with giving false and misleading evidence to an Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) hearing in 2005. This relates to price fixing between Pratt’s Cardboard company, Vissy and competitor Amcor.
